Act! v16 Feature Sneak Peek – Multi Reschedule
If you saw our latest blog post, we are getting excited for the upcoming release of Act! v16. There are some great new features:
- Microsoft® Office 2013 compatibility
- Mobile Groups & Companies – view & manage Groups and Companies from Act! Premium Mobile
- History List – think “Task List” view here, but for your Act! Histories. Sort by date, contact, type, etc. Filter by user. And, export to Excel.
- Scheduled E-mail – with the enhanced v16 Smart Tasks, you can send e-mails based on date or a custom database task
- Google Chrome support
- Calculated Fields
- Automated Company Management
- Reschedule multiple activities
In previous versions, if you wanted to reschedule a bunch of Activities would take far more clicks than we enjoyed. Now, you’ll be able to highlight the Activities and reschedule them all at once.
