Act! v17 is coming!
There’s a new version of Act! on the horizon, and this one is possibly the smartest version yet! A sleek new look to the product on the front end, and tons of productivity tools built into the back end.
Act! v17 is still in beta, so some things may change by launch, which is slated for late October. We are excited by what we’ve seen so far.
New to Act! v17:
- One-way sync to Outlook – this is huge for a lot of our users. You live by Act!, and you need your Contacts and Calendar on your phone. This feature lets you push your Act! data to your Outlook, which then would talk to your phone or tablet. It takes any messy sync issues out of the equation.
- Smart-task driven e-marketing – with the new Act! E-marketing and the improved Smart-tasks, you can drive process based on defined, specific criteria. Yes, even e-marketing campaigns.
- Timeline – see all of your interactions with your prospects or customers in one view – e-mails, histories, opportunities, and more – all in one place.
- Improved document management – easily integrate documents from popular business tools such as Dropbox, SharePoint, iCloud, Google Docs and more, to contact records in Act!.
